The story
The hotel restaurant Les Charmettes and the Villa Colibri (Mon Bureau à la mer) are two pretty neighboring villas from the 20th century sea. Fabrice is the conductor of the hotel Bistrot restaurant and Laure, a virtuoso in the art of creating successful events at Villa Colibri. Laure met Fabrice on the Charmettes terrace when she was “brainstorming” on the logo of Mon Bureau à la mer, she was just beginning to set up her objects found here and there in the various meeting rooms, he was beginning to imagine meetings, seminars that were a little different, private, with this “like at home” side.
A year later, My office by the sea (the Colibri villa ) was born and each room designed to accommodate seminars and work meetings in innovative conditions in order to combine charm and modernity. Les Charmettes and Villa Colibri are linked by a common taste for decoration, a similar architecture and by the same philosophy of welcoming guests to our home by bringing that little extra bit of soul to feel good.
What could be more natural then to join forces and offer a confidential address. We invite you to discover our proposal for a seminar differently and ideally in a seaside town such as Saint Malo. The Corsair city is famous for its beaches, its high tides, its iodized air, its range of outdoor and indoor activities, close to Rennes and Nantes and only 2H15 from Paris.

La Villa les Charmettes, your house and table d’hôtes facing the sea
35 people maximum
Two villas for your stay and which provide you with:
- 16 rooms including 4 rooms with sea view distributed as follows: 5 triple rooms, 1 quadruple 8 doubles and 2 twins.
- A restaurant room and a terrace facing the sea with 25 seats privatized for your event, meeting, seminar. From 25 to 35 people, we prefer the cocktail configuration for lunch or dinner.
How do you imagine the best of seminars or team building?
Below is an example of a 2-day seminar ideal for 35 people at Saint-Malo. We are at your disposal to put together a personalized program according to the duration of your events or meetings.
Day 1
9:30 a.m.: a welcome coffee after your trip in the Villa Colibri lounge or on the terrace
10:00 a.m.: go to the meeting room to find out more about the program of your seminar and the days to come
12:30 p.m.: head for the terrace or the restaurant des Charmettes for lunch with a panoramic view of the sea
2:00 p.m.: let’s go for half a day of work! Precious moments to gather, federate, meet, discuss and motivate teams
4:00 p.m.: short break with gourmet and Breton pastries
6:00 p.m.: what if you visit Saint-Malo and its surroundings in a different way and by segway with Sylvain, passionate about the sea and the anecdotes of the city
Evening: have fun together over a wine tasting and seafood dinner at terrace restaurant les Charmettes, all this while enjoying the sunset with this strong and present feeling of change of scenery . When fatigue sets in, you can take advantage of our chambres spread over the 2 villas
Day 2
Play and energize your seminars!
In the morning gather around a delicious breakfast
9.30am: treasure hunt on the beach! a real moment of team-energizing with new games on the Sillon beach. Because we are in Brittany with several times a day, you can also choose a discovery workshop to learn how to turn pancakes and taste them
12:00: lunch awaits you on the Charmettes terrace if the weather is nice or in the lounge
2:00 p.m.: and here we go again for half a day of work
4:00 p.m.: short break with gourmet and Breton pastries
6:00 p.m.: because beautiful moments always come to an end, but memories between teams and collaborators will always remain present.
