The bistro – restaurant

In every story there is the soul of a person, Fabrice, owner of these pretty houses in St Malo, has left his old urban life as a restaurateur and café concerts.
Since then, he has been sharing his universe: simple and delicious cuisine, conviviality, musical evenings at the start of the evening, objects for sale, exhibitions of paintings and photos depending on the mood of the moment. Les Charmettes is the little extra soul of a private house in Saint-Malo with its feet-in-the-sand terrace, its restaurant lounge, all overlooking the sea and the Sillon beach .
The beach house serves as a kitchen and you can now taste or quench your thirst on the terrace with your feet in the sand or at the indoor bistro restaurant open to the horizon and the magic of the ocean.
Les Charmettes is a terrace bar all day long, small dishes based on simple and fresh products: skewers, waffles and homemade sandwiches, tuna tataki or marinated beef , Poke bowls with local products or spices made in Brittany”! Slate cuisine, a selection of vintages from small producers unearthed for you: organic wine or not, but always to amaze your taste buds. Sweet question? Homemade cakes and desserts (tonka bean chocolate fondant, “homemade” waffles from the Charmant food truck, Breton tiramisu, etc.) Mr Bouvier for whom we love.
